There are many websites that I visit everyday but one website that became my favorite is Friendster. At first, I find it boring and I had less than 5 friends until some of my old friends and classmates added me. I was so amazed with that because it took years before we had communication again. Then I also like to change my friendster layout to make it different and also the friendster backgrounds. You can easily find some of this in friendstermaster.com and you can also share some of yours if you want to.

It's called the Dermal-Epidermal Junction (or DEJ) a narrow wall of rolling, "wave-like" cells just below the surface of the skin. No more than 100 nanometers thick. A complex layer of cells acting as the interface between the epidermis and the dermis, playing a critical role in tissue repair and the soundness of the skin architecture. In simple terms, the DEJ control the structural integrity of your skin. It's the key to reducing the visible effects of deep wrinkles cause by photodamage and aging.

The epidermis is the outer layer and functions as a barrier to the external environment. The cells of the epidermis, keratinocytes, move from the bottom layer of the epidermis to the top layer building up a large amount of keratin and developing a tough outer shell. Once these cells reach the top layer, they flake off. If this process becomes abnormal the skin can look scaly.

  • DO limit your intake of staining foods and liquids, such as coffee, wine, tea, colas, blue berry, spaghetti, and soy sauce; these are big strainers. Smoking is also culprit.

  • DO drink from a straw. It allows food dyes to bypass teeth.

  • DO calm tooth sensitivity by taking whatever relief medication you'd use for a headache.

  • DO eat lemon's and strawberries. according to American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, they're natural teeth whiteners.

  • DON'T rely on whitening toothpaste and mouthwash alone. These contain mild abrasives that can remove surface stains, but they do not contain bleach. Use them to maintain the result of a whitening treatment.

  • DON'T expect your pearly whites indefinitely to last after you've whitened.you will need touch ups once
