There are different types of coffee and its hard to choose. Especially if you are new to the coffee world and not sure what you’re going to like. Robusta and Arabica are the two types of beans. The majority of high quality beans on the market being Arabica. You will see certain brands advertising 100% Arabica due to their superior taste and quality. However under the category of Arabica there are countless varieties of roasted coffee from which you can select.

For example there are light roast, medium roast and dark roast coffees.

Light roast is smooth and mild, gentle on the palate and the stomach. Most light coffees are going to be low in acid and therefore easier for many people to drink. However some people may find light roast too bland. Medium roast is a bit more balanced and robust, ideal for any occasion from morning until evening. Dark roast is for those who enjoy a slightly bitter, smoky, strong coffee.

European caffeine beverages like espresso and cappuccino are quite popular with many gourmet drink lovers. Espresso actually refers to a dark roast coffee prepared in a certain way. First made in Italy, espresso comes in small cups usually one ounce in size. Cappuccino is a frothy beverage that takes two shots of espresso on average and features thick foam on top. If you like a cappuccino you may also like a latte, which is made with espresso and milk. These beverages can be found in coffeehouses everywhere or even prepared at home.

Good for you that you’re not cowering in the air conditioning during the late summer heat. But take a few precautions against illness, which can range from cramps and heat exhaustion to heat stroke. Here are some cool tips for hot days.

The most important thing you can do is acclimatize. with exposure to heat stress, your body adapts, improving your ability to cool yourself, the best recommend is to spending short amount of time in the heat about 30 to 60 minutes at a time for 2 to 3 weeks to get use to it.

It’s not the sweat that’s cools you, it’s the evaporation of sweat that’s cools you. On the humid summer day there’s less room for the atmosphere for sweat to evaporate. to help the sweat evaporate, wear less clothing. The more surface area of the skin that you can expose to the air, the better.

The right fabric can also help. Cotton is to heavy; sweat wont evaporate and will instead soak the fabric, making you hotter. Fabrics need to transfer moisture to the outside surface so it can be easily evaporated.

This is an obvious tip but it’s often overlooked. Hydration is the key when working out in summer. Drink a glass of water before your workout or outdoor activity to start the hydration process. And you should drink 8 ounces of water for every 30 minutes of exercise or activity.

Sun block doesn’t only help you avoiding sunburn. It’s application is also cooling strategy. The sun’s ultraviolet rays heat you up. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends a broad-spectrum sun block with an SPF of at least 15. Go higher if you’re going to be longer than hour.

You must had a couple hours to cook your family a good, nutritious meal. There are many ways to make it easier and quicker. I feel guilty if my family is not getting the healthy meals made from scratch.

Instead of relying on a widely believed slavery chicken. I prefer to buy fried chicken. You can take off the meat if it is too much, and put it something else. Some ideas for this would be the chicken and noodles, the chicken in the pot with vegetables, chicken enchilada, chicken tacos, the chicken or potpie. It is a simple and rapid preparation for the chicken. If you choose, you can Enchilada and freeze for use at a later date.

Most of us don’t like leftovers, so I found how to make another meal with them. I hate wasting food. Left over mashed potatoes can be used the next day as a topping for a meat loaf. If you have the meatloaf in the freezer, the best thing to do is get it out of the freezer the night before and put it in the oven when you get home, top with your left over mashed potatoes and add some cheese on it.

Meatballs are a good thing for the freezing and reuse later. Get some extra and then use them for another dish. Examples are meatball subs, meatball soup, barbecue meatballs and of coarse spaghetti and meatballs.
