You must had a couple hours to cook your family a good, nutritious meal. There are many ways to make it easier and quicker. I feel guilty if my family is not getting the healthy meals made from scratch.

Instead of relying on a widely believed slavery chicken. I prefer to buy fried chicken. You can take off the meat if it is too much, and put it something else. Some ideas for this would be the chicken and noodles, the chicken in the pot with vegetables, chicken enchilada, chicken tacos, the chicken or potpie. It is a simple and rapid preparation for the chicken. If you choose, you can Enchilada and freeze for use at a later date.

Most of us don’t like leftovers, so I found how to make another meal with them. I hate wasting food. Left over mashed potatoes can be used the next day as a topping for a meat loaf. If you have the meatloaf in the freezer, the best thing to do is get it out of the freezer the night before and put it in the oven when you get home, top with your left over mashed potatoes and add some cheese on it.

Meatballs are a good thing for the freezing and reuse later. Get some extra and then use them for another dish. Examples are meatball subs, meatball soup, barbecue meatballs and of coarse spaghetti and meatballs.
