If you are restricting your food intake too much during the day, you are really going to feel it at night. Follow a balance deit with enough hunger - busting protein and fiber.
Before you open the fridge or cupbaord, ask yourself “Am I eating because I’m truly hungry?” If you have a light snack or fruit or low-fat cottage cheese. If your not really hungry, you probably bored or stressed, which are common feeling at the end of the day. Go for a short walk, read a book, or take a bath.
